This was easy to put up but i am disappointed that its not low profile at all. It sticks out about 4 inches from the wall. Great for basements or kids rooms, but not for the main living area.
We read for a week all about the difference in articulating arm double articulating arms and how hard they were for certain TVs to be put on the wall and which ones needed to be put into the studs Etc. This one got a great review for being simple and for being strong and I definitely agree! My husband had it put up within 20 minutes. It even has a little bubble so it tells you if it's straight or not on the wall. You can move this around really far to different areas in the room and I love the perfect slant has on it to lay in bed and watch it. I wish I had bought one of these years ago. You can put it against the wall flat if you don't want to have it out or you can pull it out almost couple feet and turn it from one side of the room completely over to the other side. We didn't need any additional tools and it said and it's really really strong! We have a 70 inch TV on it and it's perfect
The built in level is miss-leading about 1/4" over a 60" TV. I always mount my tvs by measuring, and eye-leveling to ensure its pleasing to the eyes. There are a lot of factors to consider your ceiling, windows cabinets etc. If any of these are off, and you do level your tv, it will look bad.
