Bracket does what it's intended to do, hold up your TV. It doesn't have much style nor is there anything to cover the bolts going into the wall. I broke the bolt that locks in the tilt angle but I'll chalk that up to me overdoing everything. Bought a replacement set up at the local hardware and it works fine. This was for my son and he likes it so I'm happy too.
I was searching for a product that would provide a secure and stable environment for my 42" television set. After many product reviews I settled upon this model. I am thrilled with the high quality this product provides. It snugly fits close to the wall. It is very simple to install and matches perfectly with your flat screen. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
I was concerned about being able to mount my TV to my wall all by myself. However the design of this mount made the whole process easy. Now, I love the way I can maneuver my set to allow me to watch shows from my bed or turn the TV to where I can see it from any position in my room. This gives me the floor space to exercise as I view my favorite broadcast.
I got this product to mount an 80" to wood studs. Product is sturdy, and the tilt function works well. However, I used the leveler installed in the product to level the mount during installation, and turns out the leveler was installed on the mount at a slight angle.Even thought the leveler showed a perfectly straight mount, when the TV was mounted, it was slightly off. With an 80" TV this is very noticeable, and made the set up look poorly done. When I double checked with my own leveler, it was in fact outside the lines. I suggest either taking that tool off the mount, or not including it and having people use their own leveler. This was a very annoying problem and it was due to a poor product design.
