  • Before you buy the device.

When trying to connect to the internet, it wouldn't stabilize the password, even though we could connect to our wireless network just fine. Being VERY tech savy, we determine there must be an issue with the wifi on the device. On top of that, when we connected the USB cable, we couldn't figure out how to see the connection on the computer (I am a network engineer) upon examining the manual, it told us to click on something on the interface that was not there. It appears other things were missing too. Needless to say we ar returning the product. It's cheap for a reason.

  • Decent Product

I ordered this tablet and got it 6 days later. When I got the tablet I was very disappointed in the overall appearance. Firstly, the box had a dent in the corner, so that was concerning. The product looks a lot nicer on the pictures here than it will in person. The image quality on the tablet is very bad. The tablet freezes when using apps frequently. The back of the tablet will get very hot, even with minimal use and it is uncomfortable to hold. The back has no texture so it is very slippery and not solid, very easily could be dropped. The rear facing camera has a better quality than the front facing one. I will add that I don't like the placement of the front facing camera. It is very awkward. The tablet is not a certified device with Skype so the quality will be very bad. The sound is not the best, but it works for me. I only use the tablet to watch movies, and to Skype. The battery life is not good either. I will charge it all night and when I turn it on it is at 86% which does not make any sense. One thing I do like about the tablet is the fact that it is a mini usb port and also a micro sd slot so you can add more memory on the device. Overall, I would say you get what you pay for with the price. If you are a technical person, this device will not satisfy you. However, if this is your first tablet or a gift say for a child, it will do just fine. The only other tablet I've had is the iPad 2 and obviously there is no comparison but the price difference is what sold me. I don't shell out 500+ dollars for a tablet, but if you want better quality, you will have to pay more for that!
