So I ordered this tv, and when it arrived there was some damage to the box, and I was skeptical about the condition of the tv working. I signed for the package hoping for the best. Well, it was beyond broken, the entire screen was shattered. I called customer service, two rings later I got a very nice young man who listened to me and within four minutes had literally filed a ups claim and sent another order through for a second tv. I didn’t get his name, but I will say out of all the calls I’ve ever made to customer service for anything, this was the best call yet. Second tv arrived and worked beyond my expectations within four days, and it was delivered on a Saturday, which was nice since the original call went in on a Tuesday evening, shipping it Wednesday and getting caught in a snowstorm in Memphis on Thursday. UPS has yet to contact me about the first tv and it’s been eight days now. The television is well worth 359 bucks and no shipping charges. Remote is small and functional. Nice tv worth the wait and hassle.
