    Product came refurbished. Contacted Overstock customer service and they said I could return and they would send new ones. They sent refurbished ones the SECOND time... WASTE OF TIME! Also, horrible by refurbished standards!! One had a gash in the top corner!! UPDATE: • 5/29/17 – Ordered 2 BRAND NEW monitors • 6/2/17 – Received 2 REFURBISHED monitors. Contacted Overstock, they agreed the monitors should be brand new. Returned the 2 monitors and Overstock initiates shipment of replacements. • 6/9/17 – Received SECOND set of REFURBISHED monitors. Contacted Overstock, I said we would accept refurbished quality if they refunded some of the cost. Open one box, though, and found the monitor had a giant gash in the top of it. Returned one and Overstock initiates shipment of a replacement. • 6/12/17 – No tracking information was available. I knew there was an issue at this point; because it was abnormal behavior…I’m a pro at Overstock’s system by now….But these people just tell me to be patient…. o OH BTW this lady, Juliana, I asked her if they were going to overnight my order to compensate for the issues they have had. She says something that makes no sense “since we have issued replacement for the replacement order…” While I am waiting for her to answer my question about overnighting it, she says “Sorry I have not heard from you.” “Our system will disconnect if idle for 60 more seconds.” She disconnects IMMEDIATELY after. No time for me to respond. I WAS WAITING FOR YOU TO ANSWER MY QUESTION AND CLARIFY YOUR RANDOM STATEMENT! Went to bed couldn’t deal with this anymore tonight. • 6/13/17 – Since I was rudely disconnected yesterday I messaged again today. No tracking information was available, messaged Overstock they said I need to wait 1-2 business days to ship…still. • 6/16/17 – Still no tracking information. Messaged Overstock they told me to wait 1-2 business days. Then they must have finally realized it was more than 1-2 days and said they would forward the information to the Shipping Department and contact me with updated info. WHICH TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS…..sigh • 6/19/17 – I get an email from Overstock. I want to quote because you need to use it in training meetings on what NOT TO SAY! Email states, “I wanted to let you know that I looked at your account and because YOU HAVE HAD ISSUES with the previous 2 items the warehouse was not able to release the replacement until the second replacement was back at the warehouse.” I have had issues?!? I have had issues?!? Overstock is solely responsible for the “issues”. And if you had good quality control you would be aware of that. You shipped FOUR of the incorrect product and one with a giant gash in it! If you shipped what you advertised there would be no “issue”! In addition, I have returned all of my returns in a timely manner. • 6/19/17 – Overstock sends tracking number. USPS. Awesome. I can tell Overstock really cares about making up for THEIR ISSUES! • 6/20/17 – 6/25/17 – Check tracking number at USPS website and receive no status/or invalid number screen every time. I’m patient because Overstock could not have messed up this much…right? • 6/25/17 – Contact Overstock to confirm tracking number. Aaron says “Sorry no information is available. I will have to have a Specialized Representative at the Tracking Department involved into this matter and we will get back to you IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. It will be ONE MONTH on Thursday since I originally placed the order. At this point, I feel like I should be paid for these monitors with all the hassle you have put me through! Please provide a tracking number AND it better be for a brand new monitor in perfect condition!
