Loved the product. Was delivered very quickly. Should have better instructions. I broke off dust cover before I could figure out how to use product. Different film carriers look remarkably the same, and the instructions do not show how they differentiate. Very happy to have product, especially for price.

  • Ipossibly complicated and time consuming to use

First of all the instruction booklet is one of those classic ones which are supposedly written by a Chinese trying to speak American. Just try following the "instructions" and see how far you can get. Secondly ArcSoft is almost impossible to reach with questions. And the whole slide to digital process is time consuming. It happens in 3-slide increments which involves placing them in slide holder, copying them, and removing them. The equipment does make this process easy. I am very sorry I invested almost $*** in this. I could have my slides done professionally for about 25 cents per slide. I should have done this.

I wrote a fairly long review on this product and when I previewd it - it went away. I'm not writing the review again. The product works fairly well. Instructions are hard to understand. The tray holder is not very strong. Have not tried the software that came with it. All in all - it's not a bad product for the price.

  • Great!

Have really enjoyed this product. It works great and does the job effectively (meaning transferring from slides to computer). Have had so much fun emailing soft copies to family members. It's a bit tedious but it goes fast after you get the hang of it. Worth the $$.
