I purchased this SD card because I am familar with the Sandisk Ultra II SD Plus Card. I used the SD Plus cards for my digital cameras. When I need to make an upload, I don't need to carry a seperate SD card reader or carry a USB cord and read it from the camera (which takes away it's battery power). The Sandisk Ducati edition is a Class 6 (vs Class 4 with the Ultra II) and I have noticed some increase performance in my GoPro camera. I only wish that SanDisk had continued to make this design to a 8GB or even a 16GB.
The San Disk USB memory cards are ideal: easy to use, carry and holds a ton of photos. This card is 4 MB, the first one I bought five years ago was 1 MB. Other memory cards require additional cables to connect but, with the San Disk cards, you fold the card in half, plug the small end into the computer and it shows the icon on desktop. If a computer program exists for the photos, click on the desktop icon and the images show at one time . Images that need repair can be easily done with any photo program. I thank the store which sold me my first digital camera for introducing me to the USB memory card. I've never used the cards that have to be connected to computers using cables.
A friend told me that I needed to check the class level on my Memory cards and to get the 16G ... I can't shoot that many days on one card, so I got the 8G ... I need to get some 4G too
