  • Great product for the price

Bought this system as an economical way for our band to experiment with wireless headsets for vocals. The first set we received were obviously a set that had been used and returned as defective. The box and packaging were just awful, no batteries, no connector cable, missing a transmitter clip. We tried them out since we had them, but couldn't get them to do anything more than show that they were turned on and connecting to the receiver. We couldn't get any sound out of them at all. We returned them to Overstock and they sent us a replacement set. This second set arrived looking new -- everything nicely packaged and everything included that was supposed to be. And the whole thing worked perfectly! All four headsets connect and transmit just fine. And we like that the outputs of the four headsets can be combined to take up just one mic input on our PA system. The headsets themselves feel a bit delicate and fragile and will probably not hold up to much mistreatment, but it's an awesome system for the price. We're able to stay within about 20 feet of the receiver, so it works well for us. And we expect it will hold up at least long enough for us to figure out whether it's worth it for us to invest in a higher quality (and more expensive) system. We're extremely happy with the quality for our purposes.

This is a low priced system, and unfortuantely it was NOT a bargain. I got exactly what I paid for. While the base unit is professional looking and looks great and sturdy, the microphone units are cheap and the quality of sound it captures is NOT professional quality. Very cheaply made and mumbled sound. I needed to capture voices in a large conference room type setting and this is NOT going to cut it.
