I didn't know power strips came with 3-plug...it's perfect for small kitchen appliances where a large or long strip would look horrible and take up alot of space...this is perfect-compact...will probably buy another one very soon for other appliances that are closely grouped.
My post is about this company's wonderful customer service since I haven't really used this product but plan on it. I will try to write a review about this inverter once I have used it for a period. I contacted Wagan Customer Service via email regarding obtaining a replacement Negative Cap (Black) for the Smart AC 400W USB+ Inverter that I had lost. I was willing even to pay a small amount for the simple cap since I have been unable to use my inverter do to this. The representatives with the company were helpful and first wanted me to produce a receipt for my purchase however it would be a difficult if not impossible task since I had bought this item several years ago. I informed them of this and they still helped me and sent the part without any charge. This is what I call wonderful customer service. I will definitely by additional Wagan products in future when needed.
This unit is superb in every way. We use this to power a laptop or charge our batteries for impact drivers. The unit is super light weight and allows traveling with this a breeze. The dependability is top notch. Always carry extra fuses in case your device pulls more power than the unit puts out.
I bought the 150W PowerVerter Ultra-Compact Car Inverter to run my CPAP (breathing machine) while I am camping, and in case our power goes out at the house. It works perfectly for my needs. Other inverters that I've used are larger, bulkier and also have a noisy fan that runs whenever they were connected and turned on. This inverter is very compact and runs silently (no fan). My CPAP is rated at 90W so the inverter has plenty of power for what I need.
