Like the speaker phone & caller ID, also multiple speed dial, as well as hold button. Great for home office. Glad just learned to prop it up higher so can see caller ID more easily while sitting at desk. Would be EVEN better if did not need batteries for all bells & whistles to work like call ID/last ? 20# call memory & return etc.

Not a lot of bells and whistles, but solid and effective instrument for an office or studio use. Sound quality is good, and caller ID is clearly visible and easily managed. For what I wanted, this was a good choice. Prompt delivery was appreciated and everything in good repair.

Many features and very easy to use...I like the fact you don't need a ac adapter...It's so much like a regular phone..with added benefits like speakerphone, caller id and the ability to dial back from the caller id list and 20 one touch speed dials and 10 shortcut numbers on the dial pad...when you use the auto feature..Not to mention you can dial the number when the handset in is in the cradle and just pick up the handset and it dials automatically, same is true for speed dial locations... Great phone..

Having had excellent experience in the past with Panasonic phone products, I sought out their least expensive, single line, LCD display w/headphone capable unit. Intended use was (is) home business telemarketing, and unit has performed flawlessly thus far. (Battery operated set chosen to avoid frequent problems people have with line noise/buzz with adapter powered units.) Too soon to predict battery life (batteries required for headset operation, per the manual, but no 'rating' for battery life.) My experience with similar Panasonic models with heavy speaker phone usage is approx six months (good.) The only down side IMHO is the laughably cheesy built-in music on hold (which we don't use.) This would be a *KILLER* home marketer product if it allowed you to externally connect a music on hold source. Price slightly higher than elsewhere, but delivery was critical ( made it on time.)
