Sam was absolutely amazing! He stayed on the phone with me for what seemed like ages because of my lack of technology experience. He was patient and kind with me every step of the way. VERY knowledgeable in Amped wireless products. He was able to walk me through everything as if he was right here in front of my computer guiding the way. If I ever have any issues or a question I will most definitely be calling or emailing Sam. I cannot express how much better he made my day. I HAVE INTERNET NOW! All thanks to Sam from Amped Wireless.
Got a new router and my SR300 just wouldn't work with any of the devices in the house. Even though the router and extender recognized each other. After calling tech support (Tech 115 Sedgwick) it was suggested that i forget this network and then reinstall it. Worked like a charm. Thanks much. Paul
I was having issues of a low signal strength with my new Amped Wireless SR-300. I called tech support and Ralph helped me through the process of trouble shooting it. He sent me some Firmware and helped to re-boot my device. After I went through the process with Ralph, the device was working great and signal strength was restored. Great product!
