I bought one of item one week ago. I feel better now than before. My eyes, shoulder, face now relax. Both arms rotate horizontally 360 Degree (180 Degree in each direction). Easy to set up. Supports monitors weighing 4.4-19.8 lbs. per Monitor. Gas spring hovering system gracefully adjusts monitor height. I got everything which was said in product description. Great conception and output is awesome. Highly recommended for all.
Other than a few too tight set screws, this was actually pretty easy to install and set up. The only downside, is trying to mount the arm. If you can't get behind the desk or table you are mounting to, it can be a little game of hide and seek trying to find the bolt holes. So far, I am enjoying the dual screens, plus the ability to swing one monitor out of the way to access other equipment on the desk and leave room for my laptop when I need to use it. I'm happy so far.
This product is great! I have set up 1 full arm, as well as 1 short arm. 24 and a heavy 21 sit nicely atop the mounts. It looks very classy, and professional. We have arms at work and I was like I hate my stand I want this. Top quality metal, the arms weigh more than the monitors! I feel these arms could handle some tv screens and still be great, just remember you need clearance on the back end.
Good quality, solidly built. Surprisingly easy to install-- I did most of it alone, but did want an extra pair of hands when I was mounting the monitors, just in case. Some things that aren't obvious at a glance: - You don't get to choose the angle between your monitors (although there's an additional piece you can purchase that allows this). Monitor tilt (top/bottom) is marginally adjustable: there are two possible positions, I believe 3 degrees or 8 degrees, and you choose once, while installing the monitors. - The keyboard tray (which is tiny-- 14x9" with an additional 10x8 mouse tray-- so I bought the Ergotron Deep Keyboard Tray to go with this) may be set to one of two angles-- flat, or angled very slightly away from you. I would prefer more adjustability in this respect. - The height between the monitors and the keyboard is adjustable. You can do this once and then leave it as is when you go from sitting to standing, or you can adjust it separately every time. As other reviewers have stated, there's definitely some jiggle when you type. Not enough so it feels flimsy, just enough to be visible in the monitors. I worried about this, because I have poor vision and a tendency toward motion sickness (!), but it hasn't been a problem. Partly, I've learned to type a little more lightly. Partly I've just learned to live with it, and honestly I don't really notice it anymore. Didn't take long-- perhaps a day. Overall, I'm quite happy with the WorkFit-S. I think it offers a good balance of features and value. It gets quite a lot of attention at my workplace, and an awful lot of people who've seen it in action have walked away saying, "I want one of those!"
