I purchased this laptop from overstock not having a clue of the condition of the laptop, other than it being refurbished. I would give it a C+ to B- for the looks. I would give it a D for the function of being refurbished via hardware inspection. I purchased this knowing that I was going to upgrade the CPU and GPU. I already had these items prior to me receiving this laptop. The reason for the D is because I got a blue screen wihtin the first 5 hours of use. So I decided to upgrade the hardware the same day. My assumption for the blue screen was over heating. As the thermal compound was heavily applied, and extremely dried out. So if you do make this purchase, be sure to apply new thermal compound before heavy usage. If you don't know how to do this, $*** is still a great price and worth it to have it taken to a shop to do it for you. Features included with mine that should have been listed... Bluetooth, Webcam, backlit keyboard, 3000m GPU "now upgraded to K5000m," and mic. All in all, if you know how to work on laptops such as this, buy it wherever it goes on sale here, if not though, it still may be worth it.
I am using this machine and for the most part it is doing well. However, when this was reconditioned and cleaned for sale, they left a password system intact that cost me an extra $* to remove. now the whole start up sequence is much longer and my only protection is the power password.
