I wasn’t really sure how I would like the Fitbit to track my activity at first. After using it awhile though, it really does help to stay on track. I downloaded the Fitbit app on my phone so I could see even more information. I’d say it’s pretty accurate with your actual steps too. The other feature I really like with this one is that it tracks your heart rate for a more accurate calorie burn during workouts. My son borrowed this from me and broke the wrist band so I’m needing to replace it so I can get back on track. Overall, good purchase and would definitely recommend.

I have enjoyed my Fitbit. I like that I can check all day long to see how many steps I have taken. Keeps good tract of them and then can also watch my heart rate while doing different activities.

Actually, it's a small to a semi-large. The strap is adjustable with a watch style band, using a metal clasp. If you have a larger size wrist it might be a little tight or could possibly not fit. Yes you will need a smart phone to sync your date. There's a fit bit app that retrieves info from the fit bit. So you can keep track.

Mine stays charged 2 to 3 days, but depending on how much you use it, it could last for 5 days. The more times it sync's, the more steps you take, the less the battery will last.

It displays heart rate but not very reliable, depends on position on wrist. It sometimes displays heart rate of 180 while walking on treadmill, when I readjust position it drops to 110.

The heart rate is included in the Charge HR. The HR stands for Heart Rate... There is a sensor on the underside of the wristband. (Little flashing green lights that read your heart rate.) I believe you can set it for continuous monitoring, but that would wear down the battery faster. I charge it for about 10 to 20 minutes a day while I'm in the shower. Wearing it constantly for 2 to 3 days and it will need a full charge.
