What I love about it: the size of the screen, the clarity of the photos from a long distance away and the quality of the photos when you look straight on to it. What I don't like... There's a relatively small range of good resolution. If you're too far to the side of that 'window', or above or below it, the photos are faded and less distinct. Also, there is no option to have the photos appear randomly, which seems like an easy thing they could have added to the functionality. It's really fun when you first have it on because you're sort of surprised by the next photo that comes up and you get that little rush of memory. With no random function, though, you automatically memorize the order and I found myself thinking, "It always starts with this photo", or "OK, so the next one will be x, and then o" etc. It might not be that big of a deal to some, but for me, it just took away part of the fun of it. The next one I get will definitely have to have a random functionality and a better screen that has a wider area of good viewing.
I've had this frame for a few years and it is terrific. I have a slideshow running all day of my favorite travel photos and the quality of the pictures is excellent. This was a great value for the price.
The frame is very large, which is nice. My only complaint is that if you have a small photo, no matter what setting you put it on, it blows it up to fit the entire screen so the photo is pixelated. I do love that it has a timing feature so you can schedule when it turns on and off.
