When we received the PC, we expected it to boot up right to Windows. Unfortunately, however, it would stay on the "Starting Services" screen, without ever going to Windows. After resetting the system, it would go to an error message asking to reboot to complete setup, and wouldn't go from there. So I looked around and found an application that allows you to access the recovery partition (a hidden part of the hard drive that you can restore a fresh Windows installation from), and restored the original installation. Problem solved? Nope. Same issue as before. Since I used the factory restore image, I can only guess it was either corrupted somehow, or it was meant for a different model PC. Since it was Friday and I didn't want to wait until the following week for a reply, I had no choice but to make a fresh install of Win 10 (since it isn't available as an upgrade for free anymore). Once I had installed the OS, everything worked great. So, hardware wise, this is a pretty good PC. The case is incredibly easy to work with (I had to install a video card), not once did I have to use a screwdriver. So yeah, it's a good system, but your caveat is that you may have to put in a little effort to get it running out of the box.
The Apple ipad 4th gen. is both confusing and exciting to me. Its got alot of new things to me. And I've been both overwhelmed with confusion and excitement! I'm old school but yet like a kid in a toy factory! haha Like it very much! thanks
This Macbook is brand new! It came wrapped in factory packaging and perform great! I have no complaints. I've always used Windows programs and was a little nervous about moving to Mac. The Air is easy to use and has so far performed flawless. The battery life is excellent (I can make it through 2+ days with no issues).
