The device arrived on time and was as pictured. However, there are issues buyers should be made aware of. The device is much ;larger than the largest handheld cellphone. The PROS include the larger keyboard associated with tablets making dialing and texting much easier. As a "phablet" device it allows the user to multitask much better eliminating the need to carry around an additional device. It also comes with two charging options- one with a single prong jack plug-in and the other with a USB option. The CONS include first and foremost, no owner's manual, just a very small pamphlet that described the features and some set-up information with no way to troubleshoot issues. Extremely low volume when using the phone, necessitating the use of the speaker or a bluetooth device. Also die to its size a bluetooth device is mandatory if the phone is used while driving, The charge time is similar to that of a tablet, so it is more extended than for a regular cell phone. It took three or four tries for it to read my SIMS card, but it finally captured. The picture quality is very good! Aside from the sound quality when making a call, overall I would give the device a good rating. The size takes some getting used to. I bought a small brass easel fir the phone to rest on when I am working at my desk, and I immediately fitted it with a screen protector. I would recommend it for people who want to use one device to handle everything a cellphone and a tablet would do.
Its everything I could ask for in a phone or a tablet. The only drawback is that I'm a Verizon customer and Verizon will not operate on this phone, even if you already have a sim designed to connect to the Verizon network. So if you really want this otherwise perfect phone be prepared to switch to a different carrier if you use Verizon. If you'r with anyone else, this is the perfect phone for you. Fast charging, beautiful display, and the 32gb storage puts it at the top of the charts. By the way, the Verizon issue is the fault of Verizon, not the LG phone. The phone is designed to work with the Verizon network. It doesn't work because Verizon is slow when it involves the certification process.
I love the Blackberry OS but there are a couple of things I would change on this phone. For one, I don't like the way the social media appears, the screen looks fairly sized but you lose a lot of the space due to the way the date and time are blocking the top of the window. I also did not care for the keyboard...the metallic buttons become very slick in the sweaty hot summer sun and the keyboard was just a little too small. Went back and got the Q10...now that phone rocks!
This product was good , the phone looks new and useable , I recommend it even though it’s a refurbished item , people won’t notice that it was used cause the appearance looks good. I love this phone ! It’s the best purchase, overstock always held great products, I love everything bought on overstock , overall I will rate this purchase a five star ! But sometimes you do get a phone that doesn’t look as good as the one you got earlier so it’s a chance you’re taking to see which phone you’ll get , but my satisfaction was great about this item ! Thanks
