My cyberpower 2220 was defective the first time I used it. It crashed every time I started up. Sometimes it wouldn"t even reboot itself, I had to unplug.it so it would restart. The good news is overstock refunded my entire purchase very quickly, including free return shipping! I am very pleased with overstock, not so much with cyberpower

I purchased this as an alternative to building my own system from scratch. It has its good points and bad points. The CPU and graphics card are excellent (the CPU is fast and better than what I had planned on a budget) and he motherboard has plenty of pci slots; enough for another graphics card and a pci one component. The space is tight though and I would have liked to fit in more. I have yet to get windows to identify the built in WiFi but I plan on getting a dedicated card for that anyway. The two fans (0ne on the side panel one blue led in the front) keep the machine and the GPU cool and the noise is minimal. There is more room at the bottom and the top for two more fans and the case has more options for liquid cooling. The power supply is also adequate at 800 watts, which gives enough power for a few upgrades without having to replace it right away. The irksomes: The worst: The computer shipped with the 2 TB SATA drive holder hanging wide open. I don't see how it could have happened in shipping since the other drive holders were secure and not something you can just tap open. Upon startup only the solid state drive was recognized so the other drive is either damaged or not hooked up properly. I have to open the case again to find out before I contact customer service. The 1333 RAM is on the slow end. For the price I wanted faster 1666 but that is what you get with most pre-builts. The keyboard is okay but is made of cheap plastic which is hard to get used to after a nice high end one I had on my old system. The mouse is adequate too although I have yet to test it out on any high response rate games. The instructions that come with the computer don't match the case type. Just be aware that the left side panel slides out from the back and that you have to pry out the caps on the back panel for the HDMI and other video port if you plan on using them. No dedicated Wifi or sound cards. There is integrated sound and wifi on the motherboard but one would think for a gaming system they would at least include a cheap $20 sound card. Overall: It is a nice system if you have a larger budget and do not want to build your own. You still have to be a little tech savvy in my opinion since you have to open the case and pull out the shipping material, hook up the side panel fan and do a preliminary inspection before starting the machine. It is easy to attach your own monitor and I would recommend getting a dedicated sound card. If you just use an Ethernet port you may not want to bother with the added WiFi card. The case is okay and has room for the longer gpu cards (the front is molded plastic and the side panels and back are metal.) there is no window to show off the components but since I didn't build it I don't mind that. It really is one of the better pre- built machines out there with a decent, expandable motherboard, good power supply and a a cpu and gpu able to run great games and or 3d graphics/ photoshop software. Partner it with a good monitor and you will have a very nice system.
