I received two flat antennas like the description said, but they do it look like the picture and are not blue like in the description, so I could not rate them 5 stars. However, the product works great. I live 30+ miles outside of downtown *** and get 12 channels very clear. The main channels are in HD and look great! I have one on the main floor and one I the basement, and they get the same channels and resolution. So the cement walls don't hinder it. Also, the "multi-stick pad" helps the suction cup stick to a lot more surfaces. I have one on a painted wall and one on cement.
After reading the manufacturers website about this antennae I expected it would suit my needs well to provide more and improved over-the-air HD reception. It is significanly larger and more complex than a 10 year old antennae I had in my attic. This one does not perform as well. It will not pull in as many HD stations as I received before, nor the VHF band below channel 7. It is very directional sensitive. When you read its instructions, it lets you know inside a house attic and under a sheet of asphalt roofing shingles its effectiveness is cut almost 50%. With HOA covenants prohibiting exterior antennaes, this antennae was of no help. Other neighbors purchased a Terk model and it outperforms this by far. Note I am 60-65 miles from the Denver broadcast area, and homes directly block the local repeater towers in the foothills. So it is a struggle for any antennae cp to cable or satellite.
