This is a great headset, the sound is very clear and the reception is great. Price is excellent, you can't beat it anywhere. The first one received did not work however Overstock had the replacement to me in less than 1 week. Great Price, Great Product, GREAT customer service!

  • "Plastic" is not "glass" but super sound quality!
    Verified Purchase

The Aliph Jawbone Prime is a super headset which comes in a highly attractive - albeit "plastic" (not glass) - case. But you are not purchasing the headset for the packaging but rather for sound quality which is where the Aliph Jawbone really delivers. Superb sound quality with controls that are easy to mange even for those of us lacking a truly functional "thumb!" The design is great as are the colors and did I mention that the sound quality is just super and given the price a great investment. If there is a challenge it is getting the headset to fit snuggly in the ear. While the Aliph Jawbone comes with a nice range of ear plug options both in size and style, I am still trying to find the "ideal" fit without feeling very real pain. And while this may be a product of an ear injury due to a wrestling injury in high school the reality is that it is difficult to appreciate sound quality when one is in pain although it does create the impetus for focused and brief conversations! A great value for the dollar...good looking...functional...and every bit a super value. Now if I can only find a way not to be in pain!
