If you have a lot of money invested in flat panel tv's and home theater systems, computers, and such you really should have an automatic voltage regulator. Forget the surge supressors as this also has that built in. APC is a leading company and due to my experience I will definately be buying a couple more of these.
i will never understand why people choose to spend so much money on a/v cables. do an abx test with this **** cable and a $60 cable and tell me the difference.
For those of you that don't know - VGA, video - graphics - accelerator is video ONLY. I have one but figured out the video part works fine. For older computers you need a 3.5mm Male jack converted to rca jacks for audio. This 3.5mm Male jack plugs into your speaker output on your computer to your input jack on your T.V. This layout has worked great for me. Why they put A/V/ jacks on a VGA is confusing to me considering VGA is video only. Maybe with newer computers this is possible but I'm not going to spend $600.00 or more on a new computer to find out. I hope this helps those in need.
