  • height is important and should include cushion
    Verified Purchase

The chair would be perfect except for 1) seat mount was defective and I had to order a replacement and then 2) seat with cushion at "drafting height" is actually 29" not the 27" stated and therefore was too high for the desk I bought it for. I ended up ordering another one that was smaller up to the 27" height. Now I have to find another box for the return to fit in as I cannot get the bottom stand piece off the chair to return it. All in all customer service was very helpful and nice through this transaction.

  • Good, solid chair

The chair's a pretty sturdy, functional economic work chair. The design is your typical, basic hydrolic work chair. It's pretty cushy and comfortable, and in fact raises and lowers quite smoothly. It's perfect for my work situation where I stand most of the time, and then use the chair for resting.
