I have 2 sewing machines ok 3. oh and a serger. and one older embroidery (seriously limited to the cartridges and i dont use much. I mostly make purses, baby goods, monogram items etc. HOWEVER, with this machine i have made lovely sheet sets by monogramming and adding embroidered touches to the cases and flat sheet top hems, also linens and runners. I have people asking me to make them for wedding/baby shower gifts all sorts of items so its become a little side business to feed my sewing habits. I love the versatility and ease of use of this machine I cannot say enough. Its half the price of the one I bought 15 yrs ago and comes with all kinds of threads which are really expensive if u buy them separate at stores.
I am redoing a small second floor bedroom into a man cave. However, it must remain a guest room, ironing room and sewing room. This required a sewing table that could be folded to resemble any thing but a sewing table. This does it and includes a lift to hide the sewing machine. The home owner loves it and it is easy to move when it is needed for sewing as it is on wheels. The price is also attractive.
I wasn't sure I would really like this but thought I'd give it a try and I was delighted! it fits so much nicer than the other thimbles and I do a lot of hand needlework. I am planning to buy "backup" because my needlework is so much better than my memory of where I laid it!
