I did not realized this was a sew on Velcro. I wanted to attach them on my patio chairs so that the seat pads would stay on. I don't have time to sew each one on. 12 chairs needed to be done. Disappointed with this purchased : (
Love this 505 spray. been using it for years. it works well in keeping all three layers together while quilting and the sewing machine needle does NOT get sticky, as it will with other sprays. the only problem is.. don't spray it in your sewing room or anywhere in your house, the spray goes everywhere and stays sticky.. what a mess and hard to remove off walls, floors, and your sewing machine, which for me was 10 feet from were i was spraying. Dust and dirt sticks to the 505 spray and as i said before, very hard to remove. My sew machine was a dusty, sticky mess.. So now hang a bed sheet on the OUTSIDE wall of our garage, that's (OUTSIDE) ..... when its time to spay, it's only up for the few minutes it takes to spray the backing and top of quilt. just pin it to the sheet and spray away. No worry of over spray mess and you are not breathing in the spray either... Just be sure the sheet is at least double the size of the quilt pieces, to keep the spray off the garage walls. I like to spray the entire pieces .. know some folks only spot spray.. but for me i find that is not enough to hold the batting to the back or top of quilt when working with it. Hopes this helps.. you can't go wrong buying 505 spray. When i order this spray i buy it by the case.. use so much of it.. try not to order during the hot summer months.. Here in AZ the temps stay over 100 plus mark most of the summer. Most spray cans don't take hot temps too well.
