These photo albums are my favorite for the 4 x 6 photos that are so convenient and popular when photos are taken by cell phones and developed at drugstores. They're actually Windows either horizontally or vertically that you can slip the photo in side the pocket so the photos don't fall out of the photo album some of the albums are of acid free paper as well if you just compare the descriptions you'll notice somewhere color-coded to help you define which are the acid free but they are ideal in being able to display either panoramic or Landscaping photos it just love them
I needed a cheap photo album that had more than 50 photo pages, which is most common for the price point I was wanting. The outside cover of this album is a thick padded cardboard type of material, and the elastic band that closes it is too tight so it leaves indentions on the front edges where it lays. Not that big a deal for me for what I needed it for. Other than that, the quality is fine, the design on the cover is nice, and it holds a lot of pictures.
These albums come in a pack of two and are good quality for how much you pay. The album fits 3 photos a page and has paper along the side for writing in dates, captions, etc. I'm using them to organize pictures of my kids, and since there is a cute little photo window on the cover it will make them easy to identify.
This album is fantastic for photos from 4x6 to 5x7 and it even holds 4x10 panoramic shots. That said, there are a few ways in which it could function better. The album itself is of good quality. The cover is durable and bound very well, and it comes with a plastic cover for added protection. However, when you open the album, the pages are your standard heavy stock paper with plastic pockets. If you are too rough while inserting pictures, particularly 5x7s, they are prone to tearing. While the album can hold pictures up to 5x7 in portrait or landscape orientation, there's a small tab in the middle which does not allow you to center the photos or arrange more than one to a page. Aside from those small issues, it's a great album for organizing and arranging photos, and it even has pockets in the back for photo CDs. I would recommend it for family photos, but it does lack some functionality for photo arrangements.
