I brought this pan and am experimenting with it. I used a pudding and whipped cream filling and it too runny. Any suggestions for a good filling that is firm and not too sweet as the heart is a big chunk of the cake and it will be frosted too. Don't want to send my guests into sugar shock!
The measurement on Wilton.com states that each cake in this Pan is 3.35 inches. That is incorrect. They only measure 2.50 inches. Sending back as I already have pans that give me 3.00 inch cakes. Wanted them slightly bigger but these pans were smaller.
