This was the worst experience I have ever had with Overstock. The blouse was from one of their Marketplace vendors. The blouse was defective with open seams and a collar points that were a half inch different in size. I asked for a pre-paid return label which they refused to give me even though the blouse was defective. They insisted it was fine. After many phone calls, Overstock (not vendor) finally sent me one. Then the vendor did not refund my purchase for a long time. After many more calls to Overstock, they finally refunded me. Beware of dealing with this Overstock Marketplace vendor so you can avoid the horrible situation that I had.
