The white color is fun; the fit not so much...The length of shoe is good except the width is wide, lots of extra material so your foot kind of slides around, need big thick socks w/them to solve that problem but I don't need the extra warmth.
i have been trying to persuade my three teenage daughters and hushand to wear slippers for years and when after having new white carpets fitted i finally insisted that they let me buy them a pair each of these. i want to keep marks of my new carpet so a stopped them wear their shoes around the house. after a few day of cold feet they all said they would try these after reading the reviews.i bought us all a pair. they arrived promtly and almost immediately they were converted to wearing slippers.they all agreed that they were so cosy and relaxing especially without socks that they wanted to wear them all the time at home.now they put them on as soon as the come in. the problems is that they want me to buy them some more from slippers before they wear them these out.slippers have a bad image but but children have now cant get enough if them. even all their friends a pair.
These slippers are even more comfortable than they appear. Shearling, the real double-faced sheepskin, will spoil you for anytthing else. They're warm quickly, and don't get too warm. When it's warm, they go neutral and don't overheat the foot. I'm told it's the all natural material, nothing added--just tan the smooth side and trim the wool side. I love the feel of the toe box, like my toes get to run around and be happy. The clever feature for fit is a hidden elastic strip 3/4" under the fluffy collar; it is soft and holds the slipper to a perfect fit. After 4 hours of sitting (I'm disabled) it's fine unless the foot swells, and very easy to shift up or down a bit even then--very little discomfort. I tend to drag my feet, and these slippers never give trouble! You do need to hold the heel tab or use a shoe horn to put them on, because the back is not 'improved' by stiffening; it's so soft I can't feel it most of the time. But, ugly little white tags must be cut away (leaving a visible bit, since you can't reach the seam) are a silly mistake. Oh, well, these slippers aren't exactly lovely, strictly at-homes, so it's acceptable to me.
