You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund.

This top and color is the idea for both a cozy dinner, a ball game, or for formal wear for all seasons. Cold shoulder isn’t so cold with the right covering and the color brown is so hard to find in tops so I’m very thrilled that I found this one. Thank you Overstock, do you have anymore elegant tops in brown?

Love the colors and the style. I typically wear a SMALL but after reading several reviews that stated the sizing was smaller than average, I decided to purchase these tops in MEDIUM. For me, these tops fit true-to-size, as the MEDIUM was too large and I had to return and exchange for SMALL.

I really like this tunic. Especially the flare sleeves make it a really fun shirt to wear. I receive compliments all the time when I wear it. True to size and the cold shoulder makes it extra flirty.

Yes, this tunic shirt IS simply ravishing! It's a nice length and fabric (bought white color to go with everything) and the style is fashionable as bare shoulders seem to be the thing these days. LOVE IT!

The "fitted flare" style is great and in fashion. The shoulder cut outs are perfect and not"sloppy" like some I have tried. Flows nicely, just a little bit too long for my liking, I am 5'3" and it sits beneath by bum, I wish it were a bit shorter. The material is thin but nice. Could definitely go into early summer with this top.

I THOUGHT I NEEDED A SHOULDER OUT SHIRT BECAUSE IT IS THE TREND. HOWEVER, EVERYTHING IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY. I DONT LIKE MY SHOULDERS OUT IT SHOW TO MUCH SKIN. iTS A GOOD QUALITY OF MATERIAL BUT THE SHOULDERS ARE MISSING. NOT FOR ME. I KEPT THEM BUT ONLY WEAR THEM INSIDE THE HOUSE OR TO A CLOSE FAMILY MEMBER HOME.

Sizing
The sizing is incorrect, the med fit a 12 year old child, she weights 80 pounds, and your chart said it is a women's 10-12. I ship it back and was charged *** dollars, a rip off. Will never buy from this company again>

The material is very soft and substantial. It's true to size, but wish it had been a little longer. I like for my tops to be about 30" long. But I do like the fit otherwise.
