I own several teez-her leggings (capri and full length) in black and white. I am 5'5" tall and weigh 127 lbs but need some tummy control since I hit 50. Most teez-her leggins in size S fit perfectly, even though I have long skinny legs. These denim ones are definitely wider in the waist and legs (about 1 inch or so) and a few inches longer too. The photo in the listing is pretty accurate regarding fit and color - they are a dark wash and a little baggy in the knees and ankles. I rolled the ankles up and that makes them look a lot nicer. They are very soft and comfortable which is great. I think the fit difference may be due to the material (my charcoal grey regular teez-her leggings are 56% cotton/37% polyester while the denim ones are 67% cotton/28% polyester). Since Overstock doesn't have an XS I may keep these and wear them around the house - not worth it to return them I think. But I am considering returning them due to the fit issue.
Wanted something long as most have a 30 inch I seam or less. These are awesome and wonderfully stylish and comfortable. A great addition to my wardrobe.
Overall, these are good leggings, very comfortable. They keep their shape well, the fabric has a nice feel, and, despite the recommendation of hand washing, they so far seem to do just fine in the machine on gentle cycle. But they're long—very very long. The information given in the product description doesn't give an accurate idea of just how long these are. The only mention of length says that a small measured approximately 28 inches in the inseam. The site's sizing guides don't give any advice on inseam length for bottoms sized as S/M/L/XL, except for certain specific brands. So unless you're buying the specific size the measurement is from, there's no good way to predict the actual length. I bought two pairs in XL. My inseam is 28 inches, so I figured these would likely be a little long, possibly up to 32 inches long. No big deal; I don't mind a little excess scrunched around the ankle. But when I tried them on, the full length—without any real stretching—came over my feet past the middle of the arch. And I do not have small feet. So I checked the measurement. I measured the inseam at 36 inches! I can't recall having ever seen a pair of leggings with a 36-inch inseam that wasn't labeled as a "tall" size. If a typical person with a 28-inch inseam is roughly five foot four (as I am), that would mean the XL is made for someone at least six feet tall—and that assumes that all the added height is in the legs, which it rarely is. Don't get me wrong—I'm happy with these leggings, and would readily buy them again. I just wish the description would accurately reflect that they are much longer than one might otherwise expect.
