Coffee Shop Belted Taffeta Jacket

The first time I saw this coat here at Overstock, I was afraid to look at the price. As soon as I saw the price, I was ready to place my order. My only concern was the size. Long story short, it runs small; junior fit. I'm a size 14 and I ordered an extra large. Perfect fit! This coat looks much more expensive than it is. Another bonus: machine washable! My only gripe is that they now have these wicked new colors! Great coat, highly recommended!

I just received this coat in cement color which is light beige and I LOVE this unique coat! It is not too shiny than pictures on the web. more natula color in person and still very unique and fashionable! Very good to wear on the non sleeve dresses. I love especially this color and also interested in new blue color too. But Only one things-Be very careful to choose your size for this coat, because it run really smaller than regular size. I usually wear 6-8 for dresses, and wear S or 4 in all trench coat and jacket and wool coat, and all Tshirt and sweater is small size fit right on me, But this coat is really smaller fit and I ordered M, but still fit very tight around chest area- very tight! so no way to fit S size on me. I read description they says this is Junior size so should choose carefully. if you wear dress over 8, 10, 12, definitily you should choose larger than L or XL for this coat. otherwise you have to return and exchange and too much work for that! Other one complain..I wish overstock could ship faster like other web store..as i received this coat and dress taking over one week -10 days..it was really very very slow..but price is good and brand is good cellection.

Like others have stated, this jacket runs small, even for Juniors sizes. I'm 5'2", 145lbs and typically wear a medium, but after reading the reviews I bought a large. It fits snug to the chest and I don't have much there to begin with! Although an XL might be more generous in that region, it would be too large everywhere else which fits very comfortably now. I suggest going 1 to 2 sizes larger than you normally wear. I purchased both the black, which is a flat black, and cement, which is slightly shiny and looks silver. I love both and look like a million bucks when I put them on. Each is an outfit in itself - with the jacket and a cute pair of knee-high boots, who cares what you have on underneath!!

Nice style, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the material. It was a decent amount shinier than pictured and a bit thinner than I expected. Also, for my height, the jacket was a bit long and overwhelming. And maybe because of where the lower half hit my hip, it poofed out quite a bit in an unflattering way.The shoulders fit snug, so going down a size wouldn't have worked. I ended up keeping it since I needed it for an event, but because of the overall fit, I probably wouldn't have kept it otherwise.

I love, love, love this jacket!! I received so many compliments every time I wore this jacket. Ladies always wanted to know where I got it from and I sent them to the O! It is a nice jacket at a great price! Very fashionable. This item can be worn in the spring and fall with no problems at all.

This jacket is fabulous. I've gotten so many compliments on it & the fit is great. I've been told I look like Jackie Kennedy because of the style of the jacket. I plan to get it in another color as well. Great buy.
