While the quality was nice for the price, simply not for me. I felt like they ran small. And I received boots with gold hardware when they are pictured with silver. That matters to me - did not want gold. Returning.
I'm addicted Love these boots Leather ones are great for winter, warm inside, keeps water out, stylish, always get compliments on them. I felt they were true to size, can even layer up on socks without feelings squashed toes. I have 3 pairs P.S. for those of us that limit our gold wearing.... The browns boots have a sort of brass colloid not gold:)
Love these boots. They're comfortable and you can't beat the price. The material doesn't look cheap at all, but if you want boots with higher quality leather, look elsewhere. You get what you pay for in that aspect with these boots. Despite the less expensive material, these boots do NOT scuff easily. Now I haven't gone out and tried to mess them up, but between my day-to-day wear with them (school and errands) they haven't gotten any scratches, unlike some other boots I own. Their lining keeps my legs really warm. The boots come right up to the bottom of my knees (I'm a little less than 5'10"). I also have big calves (about 17" circumference at their widest part) and these are PERFECT* (I made sure to buy the wide calf size*). They are just loose enough to where you have that riding boot look, but not so much to where they slouch. These stay up perfectly on their own and I'm not having to tug them up at all throughout the day. The gold hardware is a pretty touch and just enough to where they aren't too plain, but still simple. They also don't make any noises when I walk, which was important to me. I got these in the cognac color, and am so happy I did. It's a slightly lighter and more gold/yellow shade than some other cognacs, but by no means does it look fake. If you prefer a darker/redder shade of cognac, these are not it. Leggings go great with these, but so do skinny jeans. Not all of my skinny jeans are skin tight around the bottom half of my calves like leggings are, so I was a little worried it would show if they bunched up/didn't stay tightly tucked in (I hate that); however, that's not the case since the boots come up high enough to hide it. If you're looking for a stylish riding boot that's simple and affordable, I would definitely encourage you to give them a try!
Stunning. The subtle gold line is perfect for a more mature patron...but runs unbelievably narrow, ouch. I so wanted to be Cinderelly. Hated to return them. They fold down to a black suede inner lining. Lovely.
