I am pleased with the ottoman. It was exactly what I had expected. Only issue was the delivery was made at 10pm and luckily we weren't asleep... Other than that, the product was perfect.
I would not recommend this since I had to bore one of the holes in the leg out so it would line up with the hole on the top. So the hole ended up as an oval in order to make it work. I already had the other other two legs on when I realized the problem, and at least one of the screw heads stripped while I was tightening. I was not going to send it back at that point, especially since it is quite large and heavy. Anyway, we have tools in the garage and I was able to make it work. I may have my husband reinforce the legs so it is more solid. It fits perfectly under the window that my three little dogs like to look out, and it looks nice in the room. It coordinates with my brown leather furniture in the room. All three dogs, (the largest is 22 lbs.) can lie comfortably on it with room for 2 more :). I don't think a fully grown great dane would find it roomy enough though. All in all, since I got it on sale on Overstock- It was a good purchase. I would recommend it to a friend if they were handy with tools and know how to retrofit non-perfect parts. It's made in China so that's another thing. I wish Christopher Knight products were American made.
new, but seem nice and sturdy. The raffia or what ever it is can lift in one place so far. As with everything not old-fashioned American made, I expect imperfections. But there is no assembly. These look nice with the three nesting table of same brand. We use the big one as a central table, others as side tables for those not choosing to sit right up to the "table,"as outdoor seating is very casual.
