    The book has excellent information about being vegetarian and vegan. I am a little disappointed with the selection of recipes chosen for the book. I have subscribed to vegetarian times magazine for many years and love it. Every month they have a variety of recipes anyone can cook (from the novice to the experienced). I will keep the book even though I will probably go back to my library of issues I have kept over the years.
