    Roberto Martin grew up in a Mexican-American family of 15. While in college he worked in a restaurant, fell in love with cooking and attended the Culinary Institute of America. He became a personal chef to celebrities, and has focussed on nutrition and health. Now he cooks exclusively vegan meals for Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi. He appears frequently onThe Ellen DeGeneres Show and on the show's website.
