I ordered this book, mainly to find alternate ways to bake w/o eggs. I found out recently that I have a mild food allergy to eggs. What the author's main stance is that Vegan lifestyle is kind to animals, which I agree with, but I didn't need it shoved down my throat. No pun intended.
