I purchased this book after buying David Lebovitz's The Perfect Scoop. This book is excellent for any chocolate lover, who is not only interested in working with chocolate but also learning about it. There are many recipes in this book but it also gives you the author's in depth love affair & experience with chocolate, visiting and working with many famed chocolatiers across the world (Belgium, France, New York, San Francisco, etc etc etc). I would recommend this book at any chocolate lover out there.
