  • Oldie but still a goodie!
    Verified Purchase

Despite being primitive by today's special effects standards, this movie is still entertaining and enjoyable for the entire family - not just the grown ups who remember it from childhood. Plus the actors are all top notch.

  • The Cat from Outer Space

The Cat from Outer Space by Disney is ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES! Jake, the main character, is a cat with a special collar. He came from outer space in a spaceship. His real name is ZonarJ5/9Doric 47. Lucybell, a cat who is Jake?s friend, lives with Liz. Liz, a Thermal Scientist, is a friend of Dr. Wilson. Link is a friend of Dr. Wilson, who helped Jake get some gold. Dr. Wilson is a friend of Jake?s and he helped Jake get his spaceship back. Jake crash-lands his spaceship on a farm. The farmer sees the spaceship, gets scared, and calls the army. The army finds the spaceship and puts it into a hangar. Jake and Dr. Wilson get the gold to repair the spaceship, and repair it. Then they get it out of the hangar and Jake (who Dr. Wilson thought was in the spaceship) sets the spaceship on autopilot and joins Dr. Wilson to get Liz and Lucybell back from kidnappers! I would recommend this movie to an age group of seven to 12 but parents might like it too. It is somewhat scary and I?d give this movie a five-star rating. Again, this is one of my favorite movies!
