    The has become my favorite cookbook. I have been looking for a recipe book with minimal ingredients but would result in a gourmet meal. Another plus is that most of the ingredients can be found in your local market. Also available are recipes for "two" as well as recipes for large gatherings. If part of the recipe can be made ahead of time, this is included in the instructions. This has given me a renewed interest in cooking and it has been fun to offer new dishes to my family. We belong to a dinner group & I will make many of our favorites from this book. This is a great resource for those who are working & have minimal time but want to create more than an ordinary meal. More photos would make this a perfect cookbook!
