      I LOVE this cookbook and have recommended it to all my friends. The recipes are easy, fast, and healthy...no more having to rework recipes to make them fit a healthy lifestyle. I have tried many of the recipes in the book and have liked almost all, and LOVED several. The ones that are average I wrote notes and can easily add more seasoning to suit my family's taste. The ingredients are, for the most part, things you would normally have in the house or can be purchased at any regular grocery store. I love that the calories and nutrition facts are already calculated as well. I have checked the facts, and they are quite close. I think the differences is often dependent upon what brands of ingredients you use. I am online now to buy more as wedding presents! My son is getting married and I want my future daughter-in-law to have this book because while she likes to cook, they are busy working students and have very little time. The chapters in this book include recipes that serve just two, crockpot, casseroles, grilling and more. She will be able to make healthy meals and stick to a student's budget. It's awesome! I have a large collection of recie books and this is by far my favorite and most used. I plan my entire month's meals around it. I paid more than the listed price here, and it was worth every penny.
