My husband and I were told to read this book in order to understand how to communicate better with each other. I bought it in the CD version so he could listen to it on the way to work. He came home after listening and said he finally "got it." I listened to it and I finally "got it." We listened to it together and discussed the entire book, which only takes an hour to listen to.It has made SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN OUR LIVES. I would recommend this to any couple that is trying to communicate, but keep hitting road blocks. It is done in such a simple manner that it just blows you away! Our whole way of communicating with each other has changed and I must say, and he will agree, it is for the better. This is a MUST READ for all couples, no matter how long you've been together. It will strengthen your relationship and make communicating much easier and more productive!

  • FInally! Some answers!

I no longer have to search for answers. I wish I had read the book or listened to the audio years ago. This audio explains EVERYTHING! Within the first 2 to 3 minutes of listening I was nodding my head remembering how I had done everything Dr. Gray described. I am banana's with excitement that I finally have some incite. How my significant other behaves when he is stressed and doesn't want to talk was described to the very most minute detail by Dr. Gray. Also, now I know what to do or not do when a situation arises that I feel I have to control. No more giving unsolicited advice to my man or prodding him to "communicate" when he doesn't want to. WHEW! Finally, some answers! I recommend this to anyone scratching their head trying to figure out why their significant other does the things she/he does, and why you do what you do. After-all it does take two people to make a relationship a success. Thanks Dr. Gray!
