  • Quality and Layout a concern
    Verified Purchase

I bought four of these Bibles for a men's study that I conduct at a local jail. The guys indicated that the "extras" in the Bible are great. (Devotions, profiles, helps.) The layout however makes it difficult to find scripture references during our study! It's hard to find book title, chapter and verse with all the other headers vying for attention. The print is adequate but quite faint and the cover is thin. One of the guys reads his every day and it was mentioned yesterday that it is looking pretty "used." I wonder how long they will last. With a Recovery Bible, it might be best to think of the market and make the quality better for a more rugged environment. I think this would be a great resource if the layout and quality were a bit better.
