    I'm not sure how much workout you can get in 20 mins but this is a good workout and it's certainly better than doing nothing! PS You will want hand weights for this (3 - 5 lbs).

    I recently got the 30 Day Shred and was so anxious to start the DVD. One of my best girl friends was doing it with me so it made me even more motivated. We decided to do each Level for 10 days and then break for 1 before starting the next level. The 20 minutes go by fast and it almost feels like you could do it twice and still not be tired. I didn't follow a specific eatting plan while working out and I also didn't weigh myself, as I judge my success by how I look and feel rather than a number on the scale! The only advice I would give is to 1. not push yourself too hard. I thought I was doing myself justice by doing what I felt I could and not pushing but I guess I wasn't paying attention to my body and as a result I got a shin splint that took me out of the "shredding" game for over a week. 2. Make sure you stretch more than what is at the end of each section. Really make sure you are relaxed and doing all you can to avoid injuries! All in all I would recommend this DVD to anyone. My injury wasn't because of the DVD but because of myself. I love this tape and I enjoy the workouts. They make me sweat and swear and most importantly they give the results you are looking for. *WARNING - don't expect to look completley thin if you have 10 pounds to take off. I feel it would take more than just 30 days to take all the weight off. Good Luck to all who try this DVD.

    This is a great exercise video. I have worked out with a trainer before, but Jillian puts her to shame - and I thought my last trainer was tough. Be ready to work and work, but the results are there if you follow this DVD. In a little over 2 weeks, I had lost 3.8 pounds and already noticed a difference in how my clothes fit. I unfortunately forgot to measure myself prior to beginning, but I can feel the difference. This is a great value - it's almost like having six workouts with the beginner and advanced levels for the three workouts. I turned 50 this year and am really overweight, so it's been difficult and I did suffer from some knee pain that kept me out for a few days, but overall this is an excellent workout and I highly recommend it.

I'm not sure about that, but perhaps if I were following her diet, too, maybe. If that's your goal and you don't already follow a different diet, I'd PROBABLY recommend getting her book as well.
