I have used a lot of calorie counting books, but this was not my favorite. I think it was also priced too high.

I really like the size of the journal and the weekly total page for calories and exercise minutes. This works very well for my clients to track their food and workouts for my review.

I've tried several versions of food and exercise journals over the years, but none compare to the Calorie King product. Very inexpensive, and holds ten weeks of data.

Great tool to help a person track their calories and water intake. I recently began an exercise program, and now with the help of this product, I can improve on my diet as well. Great price too!

I've been using this for a month now. It's a convenient size - fits in a purse and is thin. Even though it's about $4, it's still worth it for me because the format makes it so much easier to keep track of what you're eating than using a spiral notepad or lined paper. There's also a quick reference for calories in the back that is sometimes useful when it has what I need. It's got a section at the end of each week for you to total up each day's calories and get your average weekly calorie intake. At the back, you can track your progress over the ten weeks. It's also got columns for fat, carbs, and protein intake and comments sections at the end of each day and week so you can make notes to yourself. It helps you identify where you are splurging and when you tend to intake too many calories. You can also write in when you exercise so you can subtract those calories burned from the intake. I haven't lost any weight (because I've been overindulging - but this makes me quite aware of it!) but this is a great tool to track calories, or even if you just want to eat healthier. It helps keep you organized.
