I didn't like this DVD at all; compared to the other DVDs that I purchased at the same time, I am using the others and not this one. Very disappointed in the instruction and wouldn't recommend this to a beginner. Pretty advanced for what I was looking for.

  • Pretty good workout

I enjoyed this workout dvd. It is slow paced like pilates and I like that it targets each part of the body. I think that it worked some areas more than others (abs and arms). I usually do more heart-pumping workouts so this is nice to have on a day where I want to exercise but I don't have a lot of energy.

  • Amazing Workout!

This video is an absolute must-have for anyone who wants to get in shape FAST and have fun doing it! I actually belonged to the Exhale Spa until (unfortunately) the economy forced me to have to cancel my membership. I was thrilled however to be able to purchase all three of the workout DVD's. The workouts on the DVD's are exactly like the classes at Exhale. They are motiviating without being intimidating as you are encouraged to go at your own pace as you strengthen and tone your body. You will love this video!

  • Tough--in a good way!

I'm a fan of Cardio Barre and I was hoping to find a video of a similar routine that I could do at home. The workout is really challenging so thank goodness you can break it up into 10 minute segments. These are slow, small, focused movements. You know you're really working when your heart rate is up and you're barely moving. Sometimes the keying is a little vague, but I think anyone could get right into this workout after a couple of times.
