    This is a very good workout that is sure to get you into shape if you're doing it regularly. What could be improved, though, is that there's just not enough instruction. The steps are steps that anyone could do, but Julianne transitions from one move to the next too quickly to start and without explaining what she's doing. It's very difficult for someone who's not a "dancer" to follow at first. The good news is that if you just keep going, regardless of weather you're missing half the steps the first couple of times, you're still going to sweat, and you're still going to get a very decent workout. If you keep pushing through it a few times, you'll eventually get it. The "One-on-one personal dance lesson" is very helpful, but doesn't cover everything. You should definitely set aside a day or time to go through that before you start the actual workout, but know that you'll probably still feel a little behind the first couple of dances. If you're easily flustered or frustrated, I would try something else. If you can have fun even when you don't quite know what you're doing, or if you already have some dance training, then this is for you.

    I absolutely love this DVD. I have only had it a few weeks, and I've used it about 6-7 times. I sweat like a hog and I never get bored with it. It's like when I used to go to dance class. Julianne is great. She's happy and encouraging and easy to follow. I can't say anything negative about this DVD.

    I loved this workout and I loved watching Julianne dance. I immediately went to the option called "Personal Dance Lesson" where Julianne gave instructional tips on the dance moves. The three dances or routines in this DVD are the CHA-CHA; JIVE; PASO. I enjoyed the PASO routine very much because it was new to me and you need more controlled arm movements. CHA-CHA focused on the stomach & core while the JIVE was quick & energetic. I also found the ball, change move a bit difficult. Overall you'll be jumping, turning, and mostly using footwork while your arms are more freer. Julianne is adorable and give helpful tips. Entertaining doing as well as just watching.
