    This was my first Brooke Burke DVD. After working out with almost every Jillian Michaels DVD, this one is a nice change of pace. Brooke & trainer Greg are very thorough in explaining each move and you will feel the burn. Each move is in 1 minute pods. It is a moderate dynamic work-out lasting a full hour. The DVD includes a warm up, the work-out (including 15 mins lower, 15 mins upper, 15 mins core) & cool down. You get to catch your breath in between segments or use the pause button as Brooke suggests. Each section is independent and you can choose only the circuits you want. I love the upper work-out - your arm muscles will burn! I purchased the Tone & Tighten DVD from Brooke Burke after using this one and am very happy with both. You do work hard & sweat - and you will feel it. I really enjoy the work-outs and feel like every part of my body has been worked. Great work out for stomach, arms, legs & butt. I am a new Brooke Burke fan & hope she comes out with more DVDs! You will not be disappointed.
