The product is fine, however it took 22 days to get to me from time of order. To me, this is not a reasonable amount of time.

Initially I thought this was a barefoot running book, however to my surprise and delight the book was not about convincing people to barefoot run. The story told by a new york writer can be confusing due to the flip flopping back and forth between stories, but if you follow it well the book makes perfect sense and is a joy to read. There is somewhat of a plug towards barefoot running and it definitely supports that point, however if you know what your stance is on running barefoot the book does not convince or try to force you into thinking you should run barefoot. An easy read (I read it each night before going to sleep to wind down), and very pleasurable read. Overall a great book.
