I received the shower curtain within a few days and my client loved the color and design. Overstock has always stood behind their products and I order regularly for clients without hesitation!

I was excited waiting for this shower curtain because i assumed that it would be top quality. Had to cut button holes(2), because they were sewn but not opened. The curtain I took down had grommets, (much better construction), for the tugging a shower curtain receives on a daily basis. My wedding ring snagged on the fabric the first time I used the shower. Finally, I paid at least 30% more for this than I would normally spend because I felt assured that it would be good quality. I would not buy this if I saw it in a store. It is pretty, but upon examination anyone could see this is a *** retail value at best.

  • attractive except for wrinkles
    Verified Purchase

Color appears aqua in my windowless bathroom. Curtain is very attractive except for the wrinkles. After washing and ironing, wrinkles are still present but the curtain looks nice in the bathroom so I'll live with them.

  • Simply elegant, lovely Sea Glass color curtain

    (1) The Color--I find it to be a very light dusty teal type of shade, as in the photo; however, under incandescent lighting, it does look somewhat warmer than pictured. (If you are looking for a shade like a light icy blue, this is Not it.) I myself like that it is not "too blue" or "too green", but more like a true aqua sea-glass color. Also, the color is pale enough to allow light to enter my shower from outside of the tub (important to me since I don't have an overhead lamp). (2) The Stripes--the horizontal stripes are woven into the fabric. Each stripe is made of 3 individual horizontal bands; 2 of them are different woven-in reflective ribbon-like bands, and the 3rd is a shadow of the overall curtain weave. Nicely done. There are also very subtle mini vertical stripes throughout the fabric, which are not apparent from a distance. (3) The Fabric--is a nice weight, with a soft sheen. One Complaint: The curtain was deeply creased coming out of the package. The wrinkles and creasing will NOT "steam out" in your bathroom after hanging it (I gave it 2 weeks, even hosing it down with the shower spray to dampen). They did not come out until I laundered it and ran it through the dryer The curtain could have used some smoothing out with an iron after that, which I didn't do because I was happy enough to have the creases gone. I almost deducted a star for the wrinkle factor (obviously I don't like ironing), but the curtain is well made and good for the long haul.
