ENTIRELY too much lint!

Washed these towels several times now, I had bought sets in three different colors (but they delivered two correct color sets, had to process a UPS return and wait over a week for refund after contacting customer service - this is my last BB&B purchase). These towels shed SO MUCH LINT it gets all over my bathroom and clings everywhere in your skin after drying off. I've found I have to rinse myself back off in the shower again to get clean. Very soft and fluffy, but basically useless as a towel to dry off and be clean after showering. Cheap towels without the cheap price tag.

Pulls after first washing. Washed and dried in appliances that were less than a year old. Only washed with other towels, not bras or anything with zippers. Was unable to get any agent to assist in an exchange. Very disappointing.

poor quality stitching

Hem of towel unraveled after first washing. A large pull also appeared after first washing. I contacted customer service and no replacement available because the item had been washed. I will not purchase towels again. Lesson learned.

I washed these towels before using and 1 came out frayed! I have NEVER experienced such bad quality towels. I was totally misled by the Egyptian Cotton advertising as well the "super absorbent" description. The faceted towel fell apart in the first wash is unacceptable. I am definitely returning these.

Washed it with Downey before hanging the towels in the guest room. Both hand towels frayed on on the sides; 8 inches long. DO NOT buy the items because you'll end up paying shipping to return it.

Terrible quality and poor customer service

Loved the feel and color of towels upon arrival. However, after one wash the binding on one of the bath towels unraveled and a number of the threads/loops pulled loose. After an extensive hold time and eventual transfer to a supervisor, I was repeatedly told the item is not returnable because it had been washed. I expected much better-have been a Bed Bath Beyond shopper for decades. Won't shop with them again.
